I cannot say anything about the prices of fill deposits, that is not my world. I would simply ignore plots of land that I did not like, period. The ease with which builders nowadays consider the collagene injection of plots with disliked raw topography only makes me shudder. When filling, orient yourself at best to the backwater level of the sewage system, but not to the road surface. Ramping houses up from street level just so that rainwater runs away from the house is not an engineering solution, but a clumsy motor skills solution. In the worst case, I would rather consider a ring trench soakaway.

You are absolutely right. Unfortunately, we don’t have a wide selection of plots. Bringing the house up to road level is also more of a wish for us to ensure a nice appearance.
