The easiest way would be to ask the seller what happens upon signing the contract if all the proposed plots are not suitable for you. Then you ask him to include his answer in writing as an additional agreement in the contract. If the matter is serious, that should not be a problem.

I hardly believe that Town & Country has an advantage when buying plots of land. They are just as much in competition as private individuals. There is a slight advantage if, for example, the city wants to sell to someone.

oh, there are many variants. Imagine you find a plot yourself after signing. Then the company will insist on the contract and can demand prices as they please. Or you find the dream plot, but it is only sold by another general contractor if you also build with them. Or many other possibilities.

There are not _more_ plots of land just because a house company starts searching.
Back then, when I ordered catalogs from BUs, I was independently called by two BUs: Scanhaus Marlow Marlow and Heinz von Heiden, they said they got my number from the file and they had a plot of land, if I was interested. And that without a contract.

You just enter into a commitment without land. And I personally wonder why? You can usually figure out the fine print of a contract yourself.

Personally, I would also not bind myself to a company at the beginning of the planning that is not free in their house design.

Likewise... If you have an unlimited exclusion clause? In your eyes, the plot may be inappropriate, but the home builder might see it quite differently... And then you can sink your money in court... Or you might refrain from it altogether due to being tied to the developer from the start. Enough arguments have been made.

If they already have 2 plots... can't they show them? And if these go through brokers... I can't imagine that you wouldn't find them in the portals, or they have already been sold long ago if nothing is available in the region. Everything else I consider nonsense to pressure one into signing.
