I would too, but I would rather see it so that the planning should be approached quite intensively again because of the back-and-forth tinkering in the hallway. Neither can I. But the orientation of the house doesn't make sense to me at all. I would feel like rotating the house 90 degrees gdU and moving the entrance. …. so, the hallway is completely confusing... it has to go! ;)

Is there a plan showing where the house is located on the property? Where is the garage? Parking space?

That the kitchen and living room are black boxes in terms of furnishing, I somehow don’t see connected with the carport (?) It’s best if you show (after the classification of the floor plans into the property including north orientation) the plan before the swap. That’s exactly why I want to turn it: it doesn’t bother upstairs, and downstairs it would be useful. Currently, you would have a storage room next to the living room (?)

Hello dear house building forum,

many thanks for the feedback so far.
Attached is the site plan; in front of the carport, the driveway to our rear property will be created.

The planned furnishing is also included. The wall construction is 240 mm Poroton + 180 WDVS WLG 032.
The property before the adjustment of the cloakroom or entrance area is also attached. The reason for the modification at the current stage was the creation of storage space. I apparently confused that with the exchange. There were no other plans for the entrance area.

@ ypg Turn the house and move the entrance? Would that suggestion have been valid from the perspective of the site plan?

I am very much looking forward to further suggestions and ideas

Best regards

R.

A lot of money and floor area ratio goes into the driveway paving :-(

24 and 18 are FORTY-two (?) for me and you are welcome to try to find the botched pockets* in the plan yourself ;-)

[I*] these sloppinesses are, mind you, not built by the bricklayer, but by the planner![/I]

Unfortunately yes, there is no other way to do it according to the building permit. I do have the idea to plan the driveway only at the end, at the Carport driveway, to the full width of 6 meters and "funnel-shaped" down to about 3 meters in the middle, but I still need to look at that more closely. I have had no other ideas so far.

I couldn’t find out what botch pockets are by googling. Do you have a link? Isn’t that a usual wall construction?
I have to add that it is a single-family house 40 (EH 40).
