Everyone sees that from their own perspective. You seem to like it. "Dusty" is still a very mild way to put it.

We already had users here who were annoyed about a jacket on a chair. A wardrobe and it looks tidier. But yes, it is a matter of taste. It is planned with 6+x people. The open chaos multiplies then.

I am always amazed at how much time and effort Yvonne invests.

The thing is already a lost cause as soon as 8 people want to walk through the hallway or hang up their jackets. There's no need to look further for the remaining bottlenecks.

My recommendation would be to go for 3 floors, office upstairs to create space downstairs.
If you plan for 4 kids, you have no money worries. So spend the cash.

Not everyone with 4 planned children is swimming in money. There are also families with 4 children and normal incomes. They cannot afford 4 children's rooms, let alone a new building. A happy childhood does not require a children's bathroom, a room of their own, or expensive vacations.

Here the builders want to provide for a large family and care cases, and then even when everyone has flown the nest. That is too much for a single-family house. It is more than the two of them can manage. Not financially, but in terms of care work. The here and now is forgotten. When planning a house for 4 children, also consider the necessary storage space. The tricycle is handed down. A guest room for the grandparents and that's it. Take out a few "would haves," "ifs," and "maybes."

This wardrobe is catastrophic and clearly unworthy of a private home. Of course, one can also aim for a private home simply as a measure against the fear of rent increases or owner’s termination notices; but a little improvement of the current living conditions "does no harm" either. The depicted situation might be considered still tolerable for a rental apartment – but seeing it as a motivation for improvement is not exaggerated in my opinion. It is obviously not enough for the residents, and even a single guest with his hat or umbrella would make the situation overflow and would have to keep his jacket on ;-) That is why I also recommended choosing the "plain regular two-family house" model (with apartment doors temporarily omitted and only a pre-equipped kitchen in the second apartment). Maybe one of the bathrooms with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and the economy satisfaction of the need is done. 08/15A to 08/15Z are numerous variants, all noticeably cheaper than 7016 or even 4711.
