Yes, that would be bad, wouldn’t it? Who else is supposed to pay for this disproportionate passing on of one's own inheritance? How are you supposed to know that?

That is probably the dumbest sentence in the entire thread.
I can say from personal experience, just remember where I work.
Besides, many participants in this forum wouldn’t be here if their parents had only had children with "sufficient income" (what is that supposed to mean anyway?).

Otherwise, I have another opinion regarding whether a well-planned and thus tidy hallway represents an excessive demand: No! Simply because it does not have to cause additional costs, but only requires more brainpower during planning. If I get more for the same money, why shouldn’t I do it? Exactly.

Why do you call me dumb? And what does that have to do with your work (which I do not remember - hopefully you will forgive me)?
I hope you have considered the subtle difference between "planning to have 4 children" and "having 4 children"?

That sentence. And yes, I have taken into account the difference between planning and having.

Whether planned or unplanned, a society must also raise the children of those at the lower end of the monetary ladder. Otherwise, that society is ****. What we are beginning to slowly experience in the early stages.

Career changer teacher in a hotspot. Brings new perspectives.

Conspicuous children are not always the children at the bottom of society. The discussion does not help the OP further. He already has quite a bit to think about and change. He will certainly get a visually appealing, functional house. Moving walls, leaving out wishes, etc. are known to most builders.

Now you're starting like that too: he did not call you stupid, he said that it is a stupid sentence. Even intelligent people can write stupid sentences, just to mention that. I do not mean that the sentence is stupid. I think that if you have or plan 4 children and have to manage with the budget of a house, the costs must be calculated very precisely in a house design. In my opinion, the communal area should be somewhat larger. You need a bit more kitchen space for more food and dishes, but also sufficiently cozy seating areas in the common area. It makes a difference whether 1 toddler spreads out in the open space or 3-4 do. And then the children's rooms are somewhat smaller. They seek each other out or avoid each other as they grow older. It's not like they all think the same and get along wonderfully like in a soap opera or on the Waltons. And then it’s no shame if you don’t plan space for every child’s home organ, drum set, or Carrera track in the room, but adjust the size of the children’s room accordingly. Regarding my coat rack picture in #28: Funny! It shows a coat rack for 4 people, but only the seasonal wardrobe – what the family uses over the weeks. The picture is presented without judgment. I post it because the OP talks about coat hooks and wants to forgo a wardrobe. A user here addresses what is suggested to him. He questions "terrible," although the photo was simply posted without impression. You can imagine what that means for the coat rack.
