There are people who intentionally sleep in artificial magnetic fields, precisely because it is so health-promoting. However one feels about such things, 3m distance is really very little and I wouldn't want that either.

I often walk past a transformer station or it's already a small house about every 6 meters apart and you can hear the faint humming and I imagine you can also feel something. I find that unpleasant and I’m always glad when I’ve passed it. And I wouldn’t buy it, I wouldn’t have a good feeling. At the low prices, there is definitely much better to buy.

I wonder how urgently you need a/the property and whether you have already exhausted all other search options or have only focused on the property listings on the common portals. If it is not an emergency, and it rarely is in property searches, I would not take the property.
