Yes, you are mistaken. There are also technical limitations. No arguments help there. We waived KfW funding and largely did what we wanted and demonstrated a legal standard.

Our house builder would have accepted the exhaust air, the kitchen studio had advised against it. It was specially designed for low-energy houses. We don’t remember why anymore. We are more than satisfied with the recirculated air. No musty smell in the place.

The point is that here a house manufacturer is playing the nanny. If the customer wants exhaust air, he wants exhaust air. It's as simple as that. If after consultation he still wants it, then it just goes in. Bam.
