Good morning,
I am currently dealing with a window on the upper floor of our semi-detached house. We have a floor structure of 15 cm, a planned floor-to-ceiling window with a height of 156 cm, which was already too low and will become even lower (5-10 cm, see pictures). Although it is a children's room, it probably won't be ideal. Removing the roller shutter makes little sense according to the window manufacturer, the knee wall is too high for a roof window, and a front-mounted roller shutter probably won't fit either because the rafters will get in the way. Is it actually possible to install such a window in this room with the remaining dimensions?
What else can be done?
