Klinker or Riemchen !!!

Honestly? Visually, I find the version with yellow impossible. I prefer the one with white, but I think the red roof bothers me there. Although that's all a matter of taste. Somehow, I find that mixed facades only suit urban villas.

We also tend to prefer the white one. Unfortunately, we were only allowed to use red roof tiles, we would have much rather had a black roof. As you already say, it’s a matter of taste. Personally, I do not like fully brick-clad houses at all, for example. On the other hand, a house with just plaster felt too boring to us. That’s why we have been trying to find a solution for quite some time.

I know the problem with the red bricks. But as far as I know, there is a very, very dark red that almost looks black. I think that would look quite good. You would then also have to take the clinker in a black-red like that. I've seen that before. With mixed facades, as far as I know, you have to pay close attention to the transitions. Apparently, it's difficult to insulate well without thermal bridges. But your developer will handle that.

The thin bricks are, to my knowledge, glued to the ETICS; I don't worry about thermal bridges there. I am more concerned that the thin bricks might eventually fall off the wall.

Unfortunately, we didn't have many options regarding the roof color, as all dark and glazed roof tiles were prohibited.

Hello, So plastering is too boring for us too. That’s why we had [Riemchen] installed. If done properly, it will last forever. The construction company did a good job and we are satisfied with it. Best regards
