Good day everyone,
we are building a house with Allkauf Haus and are currently facing a difficult decision.
As is well known, most houses from Allkauf Haus include a kitchen in the price. This is a kitchen from the Impuls brand with Miele appliances.
We can have these planned via email or directly on site in Brilon (2 hours by car).
Key data: L-shaped kitchen (2500 x 2550) in IP1200 (i.e. lower price range), with Miele appliances excluding the extractor hood.
We already know that this would not be sufficient for us. Not least because we want a U-shaped kitchen. The decors in IP1200 will probably also have to give way to something a bit better. In addition, wall cabinets will probably be added.
Yesterday we were at Küchen-Staude in Hanover and had a kitchen planned according to our ideas.
Key data: kitchen from Culineo in U-shape (3200 x 2000 x 2000) fronts in vintage oak with countertop in lava stone look. With high-quality appliances worth about 7000 euros. The centerpiece is the extractor hood from Gutmann (This would also have to be purchased for the other kitchen).
Price in total: 12500 euros including measurement, assembly and connection (Not included in the other, so if you make mistakes there will be problems).
Now we are pondering what to do. Does anyone have realistic experience with kitchen planning at Impuls? Possibly even in the constellation like ours?
Phasing out the Impuls kitchen makes no sense, as we would not get anything credited for it. However, we could take the appliances and sell them individually. Then put the money into the dream kitchen.
Many thanks.
