Kfw70 with poroton and utility water WP + gas + decentralized ventilation

hello expert, builders and friends of energy efficiency,

as a new builder (Stuttgart region) I have been very focused on the topic of “energy” in the program for a few days.

Based on the latest calculations with the architect and structural engineer, a plastered Poroton T8 - plaster solid wall (Poroton T8) is fixed. According to the Schlagmann Poroton table, this variant with 36.5 bricks meets the KfW70 requirements.

Triple glazing is also fixed. The house has 220 sqm area.

The goal now is to create an optimum for the house energy to achieve KfW70 without unnecessary loss of money. After the last energy fair here in the region and initial consultations with building services providers, I have determined this house energy design as optimum:

1) domestic water heat pump, also with photovoltaic support, since I will have photovoltaic with self-consumption (about 5kWp from the roof according to plan)
2) for underfloor heating and peak load in winter a gas boiler
3) decentralized ventilation system with energy recovery

Is such a combination sufficient for the KfW 70 targets?

if not, where would the weak point in the constellation be?

p.s. I removed solar from the plan because the payback calculation with photovoltaic and self-consumption is much more attractive in my case
