The KfW-40 house with an HT' of 0.14, please show me that...
That it's possible is beyond question, but a KfW-40 house from a prefabricated house manufacturer as TE describes will never reach this value.
You simply can't do that with a wood frame, unless you leave out the supply temperature windows. With KS and 200mm insulation, that won’t work either.
Edit: Supply temperature for understanding: We have about 20 m² of windows and 160 m² of wall. The windows have a Uw value of 0.8. If I wanted to compensate the windows with the walls to reach an HT' of 0.14, I would need a U-value of about 0.06. That’s around 60 cm of insulation. And that doesn’t even include thermal bridges.
