The Geothermie-NRW links have nothing to do with the Ringgrabenkollektor, so I would not exclude it for that reason.

That is an appropriate target value to build a Kfw 40 house. For example, a timber frame construction achieves that quite easily. Or KS with 200mm EPS WLG 032 on top also reaches that range.

Monolithic construction methods, however, struggle with such requirements.

The KfW-40 house with an HT' of 0.14, please show me that...
That it's possible is beyond question, but a KfW-40 house from a prefabricated house manufacturer as TE describes will never reach this value.

You simply can't do that with a wood frame, unless you leave out the supply temperature windows. With KS and 200mm insulation, that won’t work either.

Edit: Supply temperature for understanding: We have about 20 m² of windows and 160 m² of wall. The windows have a Uw value of 0.8. If I wanted to compensate the windows with the walls to reach an HT' of 0.14, I would need a U-value of about 0.06. That’s around 60 cm of insulation. And that doesn’t even include thermal bridges.

Thanks for the list. I only mentioned gas as a comparison. Actually, I don't want to have gas connected to the house, so in the end, I can save the connection costs.

All correct, but this misses the point here.
He received the U values of individual components from his house provider. He uses them for the calculator because he has nothing else. At this point in time, this is the only sensible approach.

A totally nonsensical approach, if I want to know how many liters my car uses per 100 km and someone tells me that 60 liters fit in the tank, I wouldn’t use 60 liters per 100 km as a reference either. But whatever, he had already understood that and calculated with an ht of 0.3.
