KfW40 house offer with AWP and controlled residential ventilation, is it any good?

It could be that instead of a domestic hot water tank, you will now/ have to heat with instantaneous water heaters at the points of consumption.

That wouldn't be a big deal for me, I've never had it any other way in my whole life. After all, I would never have to keep warm water ready when I don't need it.

Buderus Logatherm WPL 8 AR

I assume it is a WPL 8 AR T. This model has a 190l integrated water storage tank.

The 6 series should be sufficient, however, if a ventilation system with heat recovery is installed. That is about 1500€ cheaper.

so the "T" is not included in the offer. The ventilation system is also no longer listed (I think it is missing now). I will ask the FH provider again.

So after much back and forth, I found out that the Buderus system is without controlled residential ventilation and without a central hot water storage tank.

I had an interesting conversation last week with the company Nibe. Even the technician was not really convinced of the AWP.

In the end, the following came out:

Nibe SMO 40 + F2120 air-to-water heat pump + hot water storage tank in combination with ventilation unit ERS 10-400.

Alternatively, instead of the SMO 40, VV320 would also be possible, but there would be a buffer tank for the heating again, which I actually do not need with underfloor heating.

In the end, it should not be much more expensive than the offered F750 + SAM 40. Additionally, I can still take 2000 euros BAFA subsidy here.
