What’s the use of publishing a schedule that doesn’t consider every stop and isn’t within the time limit?

You write something like “fire away” in the opening thread but don’t use the answers.

For example here:

Application for construction power and construction water, setting up the power box as well as making the construction water connection

Application! Means that rent and consumption are at your expense.

I didn’t upload the construction service description because it’s over 20 pages.

You can easily upload 20 photos of the construction service description here. That’s not much.

I just wanted to show our schedule here for other interested parties. But that's probably the reason why such "regular people" with a simple life who really have so few expenses are found here.

Don't let your enjoyment of participating here be spoiled - but also don't forget that many people feel "normal" themselves ;-)

Listen to the people here and just check your BBS again. Or post it here. No one wants to harm you here, just to save you from nasty surprises ;-) Regarding electricity: if you have to pay for it yourself, expect 3-5,000 euros.

From my side, it was perhaps ignorance, but from your side, it was deliberate stirring up trouble.

I thank most here for truly constructive expressions of concern and also a lot of input that I can use to really review things once again. I will not write further here for reasons. Sorry to those who still asked questions. I could still answer all of them, where the answers from other participants would again be twisted. That simply takes the fun away.

Now don’t twist the facts. I know: when you show someone reality – not with a gentle hint, but with a wooden plank – you usually don’t make friends… because those affected don’t like to hear that. But “nitpicking,” nitpicking is probably something different from what I wrote here. I only wrote compactly what others had timidly or individually hinted at. As already said:

You should actually do a projection yourself with the positions: for the cost of living as well as the house costs.

The package is really a bit tightly packed. A little more air wouldn't be bad. My employer went bankrupt 2 or 3 years after the house was built. On the other hand, some things are exaggerated here. For the construction power, a cable drum reached my neighbor. Not 3-5,000€. Then I would rather buy an emergency power generator suitable for uneven loads.
