On the KFW website, I found that the energy consultant for KFW funding must be listed in DENA (German Energy Agency). According to today's phone call with an approved energy consultant in the Herrenberg area, he wants 10,000 EUR for the entire KFW planning/ construction supervision (50% of which is eligible for funding). According to our main contractor, these are normal prices and are the same everywhere. What is your experience? Are there significant cost differences among energy consultants between KFW55 and KFW40 Plus support?
