I’ve heard from friends that "coincidentally" the exact subsidized amount was on the final invoice, but €8570 .... wow! Sorry, but why would you sign something like that? Didn’t you have any comparative offers?

Came from the BU. With the subsidy and a deduction of €2k from the BU, it then costs us about €1,200. So it is bearable.

The BU refunded you 2k back from 3k ;-)

But what is there to complain about when others are being fed with funding. The funding goal is to put up more KFW houses and that is being achieved.

The consultant costs €6,780 - €3,390 subsidy - €2,000 BU = €1,190 own share.

I don't want to know what flows between BU and EB. 6,780 euros is a joke.
