kfW: 2 residential units for a single-family house

thanks for the quick assessment! So a kitchen is planned in the upper floor living area in the niche below the bathroom, I should probably draw that in right away. At the same place in the attic, a connection for stove and water could surely be installed, but the problem is probably the door on the upper floor towards the gallery, which of course I don’t want to brick up.

I’ve attached the ground floor. It is self-contained, but neither kitchen nor bathroom are planned here. Hmm, it rather looks like the two-unit apartment won’t work...
