Kera-door Schwabenhaus is sanding at the bottom

Hello everyone,

a Kera door was installed at our place 3 years ago. It has been rubbing at the bottom for a few days now. I can’t find anything at all about how to lift the door. There are no screws etc. on the three hinges. Also, behind the rubber seals there doesn’t seem to be anything in that area. I have attached some pictures. Can anyone of you help me?

Hello everyone, since no one responded, here is the solution in case someone else ever has the same problem. With my door, it was that I had to remove the pins from the 3 hinges and then turn the hinge at the top of the door one full rotation further into the door. Put the pins back in and after that, everything was smooth again. Kind of odd, since there is an easier way, but at least it works again now.

Question who did that? And what did it cost?

I actually did that myself with a colleague, propped the door at the bottom with three books, then took out the bolts, then the door was leaned slightly inward, so my colleague could screw in a rotation from above, then put the bolts back in. We wanted to try it ourselves because we were a bit apprehensive about the heavy door. But it was worth it...
