Is water running along the outside of the front door leaf?

we have recently noticed something strange at our door: it seems that water is running down the exterior wall of the door.

At first, I thought it was rain and splash water, but this is now occurring even though it is not raining at the moment.

In the pictures, this is only partially visible because I took the water a few minutes ago - nevertheless, water seems to continuously form, gather as droplets, and then run down.

The water also seems to carry some color from the facade.

What now surprises me: How does water get there? There are no water or sewage pipes on this wall...?

It is an aluminum door in a newly built house that was completed in March 2023.

That will be condensation water. The question is, where does the warm moist air that condenses there come from? I suspect in the middle picture that there is a window above the [HET]. If I am correct, it could be a faulty connection of the window to the masonry (missing or wrong sealing tape). That means the warm moist indoor air condenses in the wall between the window frame and the outside air. The water then runs down. I think you should get an expert. He can possibly use a moisture meter to "check" the reveal and thus already identify where the leak is. Thermal imaging can also additionally reveal cold bridges.
