Is this the IKEA Lansa handle and can I still get spare parts?

Short and concise: This handle here is the one: Unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere anymore, bought around 2006. I hope someone here can help me.

Wow! Thank you. Impressive. Do you also know if I can still get them at Ikea (AT), although I can't find them in any catalog anymore? I have specifically looked at PDFs of catalogs from 2007, 2008, 2009, etc., but everywhere I find something like "here is only a small selection shown, you will find more in the store....".

And then a second question: Suppose I can't find these handles anymore/want others: Is Ikea smart enough to release model ranges that require the same handle drilling (spacing)? For example, would a current Lansa fit?

Yes, IKEA is smart enough.....

Lansa is available with both 160mm and 256mm hole spacing.

Your existing handle has not been available for a long time - at least since 2009.
