Is this meter cabinet still usable?

As far as correct, many things can be changed. The busbar system can be upgraded to 5-pole. The distributor spring can be modified to accommodate an APZ here. Ehz is not required everywhere. However, the connection field above the meter is only 150 mm; according to TAB, 300 mm is required, so the cabinet must have a total height of at least 1100 mm, and that cannot be changed.
