Is this meter cabinet still usable?

I have had this new meter cabinet for ages. However, I fear that it probably may no longer be installed. Can someone provide concrete information on that?

For what reason do you think that it is no longer allowed to be installed? I can only check with my phone right now, unfortunately. Hager univers z is the standard cabinet and definitely still available for order. Maybe the fields are no longer completely up to date. But that is not a big problem.

Unfortunately, my apprenticeship was a long time ago. Nevertheless, the cabinet can definitely still be used. You can loosen the elements on the black parts outside and take them out completely. Put new ones in instead. For that, the right field is definitely still usable as a standard field. As I said, I can't say anything about the other two right now.
