Is the stair dimension for a half-turn staircase too small?

For what exactly now? If it is to remain so superficial, then I join your GU. The staircase is an emergency solution and unsuitable or annoyingly narrow for daily use. There are 30cm missing in width.

Thank you for the statement. It helps me further. I don't need more.

smaller than I cannot recommend. According to DIN, however, it is possible.

That is already quite low.
Not really an emergency solution, since it complies with DIN. But not comfortable to walk on. I would also make the staircase more comfortable.
This does not allow that conclusion. What does age have to do with it? Rather more experience, actually.
I see it like the architect, better a bit bigger.

Show us the plan with all details. A stair landing has at least 2 dimensions.

I prefer at least 27/18 and 1 m wide.

Basically, age obviously often speaks for experience. This might partly be true in this gentleman's case as well. However, in many respects, he fulfills the worst clichés. According to interviewed colleagues and experts, he was far too often completely wrong with entrenched false claims. Therefore, I am currently cautious about his statements and thus my general question to you.

The superficial statements are sufficient for my situation. Thank you.

And additionally, do not confuse the story height of 280 cm with your clear room height of 247 cm. To your 247 cm, the entire intermediate ceiling plus floor structure must be added to determine the height that the staircase needs to overcome.
