Hello everyone,
we are currently working on planning our multi-generational house in more detail. A larger house with two residential units is planned, as my parents-in-law will be moving in.
So now to my question. The development plan requires that at least 2 parking spaces per residential unit must be provided. The garages must be set back at least 5 meters from the street. The space allows for the construction of a double garage. That would already be 2 parking spaces. Does the space in front of this garage also count as a parking space? Or do separate spaces have to be planned here?
Best regards, Stefan
