Is the price for the prefabricated concrete garage okay?

Two small opposite openings (15x15cm) are completely sufficient. Since it was paved, the humidity is normal. The wall construction is diffusion-open, although the carpenter said it doesn’t matter; paved floor and the small openings are enough. One of my neighbors, besides the diffusion-open walls, also paved and has two 15x15 cm openings opposite each other. Everything has been fine for 8 years. His wooden post garage convinced me. Especially the paved floor, no puddles in winter.

I have already requested from Rekers as well. It costs 36k plus roof greening separately, as well as gravel padding.

I find the prices completely exaggerated, I could have masonry done for that money as well. I think they add a few thousand on top for the fact that it was individually planned and not in their standard dimensions.

I know that from Kemmler you can get a large garage of about 5.50*6.50 for about 23k including foundation and roof greening. To charge double for 15sqm more is, in my opinion, a bit cheeky.

Just ask for a steel carport. With the special feature, you shouldn't expect any bargains with [Betonfertigteilen].
