Hello everyone,

we had an appointment last week with a developer that we liked a lot. However, the payment plan seems quite developer-friendly to me. What do you think about it?

after completion of the building application documents 5 %
after completion of the base/foundations 19 %
after completion of ground floor masonry (without ETICS) 16 %
after completion of roof truss erection 17 %
after completion of roofer and plumber work (without downpipes and roof boxes) 9 %
after completion of window installation (without sealing and windowsills) 9 %
after completion of electrical rough-in 8 %
after completion of drywall construction 5 %
after completion of exterior plaster without base 5 %
after installation of the heating system 5 %
simultaneously upon handover of the house 2 %

Thank you very much in advance for your help
