Is the floor still too wet or is it already normal?

Construction defects, if present, cannot be heated away

Ah, something else that just occurred to me is that because nothing happened for such a long time and the heating wasn’t working properly, tiny spots of mold formed on the drywall panels in the bathroom. Even now, through the plaster. Once where the bathtub is supposed to go and next to it. I pointed this out to the site manager several times, then when the drywall installers “installed” the bathtub, they simply hung a second drywall panel over the moldy one. I have everything on photo. According to the site manager and drywall installers, the moldy panel was treated with something so that allegedly it cannot occur again. What do you say?

Good morning

That certainly isn't enough.

I suspect that this is not the answer you want to hear, or you don't want to spend the money on drying.
Therefore, the problem will continue to persist.

What does it mean not to spend the money, we already had a dehumidifier, it ran for 10 days and our thermometer showed 55%.

Sure, it still pulled water, but there is also enough moisture in the air to extract. And the one painter who was there measured the walls and the device showed nothing. By now we suspect that it was broken.

I think you have completely different problems in your house. Where is the vapor barrier in your insulation??

The vapor barrier is in between. We have insulation, barrier, and insulation again
