Is the floor still too wet or is it already normal?

Expert because of the moisture? Oh dear.... and this so shortly before the handover of the house I thought you would tell me it’s normal because there is tons of water in the plaster and it’s not bad and will go away on its own

Good morning

if you can be sure that no water enters the building,
follow the advice of Yilmaz.
Set up heaters, dryers and just as importantly fans.
You can also rent equipment, for example from Boels.
But not just for 1-2 days, rather significantly longer.

Hi, you are paying a lot of money here, I don't want to scare you but this is not normal. In this construction phase, it should not be a problem to fix that. I have often been called in when everything was already completed, then it often becomes problematic. Just get an expert and then you have certainty, it is your money and your house. It doesn't necessarily have to be botched work.

Hi, for us almost everything is finished as well. Only the bathrooms, interior doors, and the stairs are still missing.

Painter's fleece is already hanging on the ceiling and in the next few days our painters will start with the filling.

The problem is also that the expert apparently is not protected and anyone *** can call themselves that.

Don’t you think it’s simply related to the heating, meaning the underfloor heating’s heating-up program runs up to 45 degrees, everything is closed and sealed, so of course it gets extremely warm (and humid?) in there.

Commission publicly appointed experts Invest the few euros. I myself have seen so much. Remote diagnoses are a tricky thing, but you should not take any risks with moisture. Often it is really just minor issues. What you see on television is not uncommon. My question was often: why did you wait so long?
