Is the floor still too wet or is it already normal?

They probably have drywall instead. Sometimes I think you are a little defectphobe, almost a kind of hypochondriac among the building owners.

I am neither mentally ill nor do I constantly believe that I have a serious illness

And sorry, with so much nonsense they have already done, I prefer to ask twice.
Besides, this is a legitimate question as to why it always gets so wet in those corners.

So you believe that dry spots become wet again? That's how I read it?

It is the same with us, in some corners you can still see damp spots! (Innenputz 20.10., Estrich 24.11.). I have read that about 2,800 liters of water are introduced per 100 sqm of new construction area. We heat and ventilate 3-4 times a day. A small construction dryer is also used! about 5-10 L/24 h.
