Is the door size no longer standard? Did I measure wrong?

yes, the width is already standard, but the length of 195 probably isn't

You can cut everything! ;-) Although you may need to take a closer look, as it can obviously get a bit tight in that area depending on the door structure. Ideally, it would be a solid wood door; I believe with most doors having particleboard etc. inserts, cutting 3-4cm will already be difficult.

What kind of door is it currently? What can be said is that it has very likely been shortened and once had the dimension of 198.5. It’s best if you go to a Bauhaus or a specialist dealer; they will be able to help you. The height is definitely not a huge problem, it only limits the selection since the door then needs to be shortened by 3-4cm.
