For everything except the item "Begleitung," I paid €2200 for a fairly large single-family house two years ago. If you have itemized prices, you can compare accordingly.

The construction supervision is typically charged according to effort, let's say €120/h. I find the nearly €5000 (thus over 40 hours) to be a lot – but that is subjective and not backed by experience. Therefore, I cannot help you substantially with the larger item.

On the other hand, there is occasional information circulating here in the forum and also outside that energy consultants are currently extremely scarce and one has to be grateful if they get one at all. This can of course influence the price. Do you have several offers? And how long is the waiting time before they start working?

Thanks for the feedback. The construction supervision is done "according to BAFA guidelines," so it is probably rather superficial. If you paid €2200 for a comparable service (actually paid? So after deducting the subsidy? The offer is €2900 net, so not far off.), I should get more quotes. That is exactly the information I wanted.

2200 including VAT before deduction of the subsidy. But as I said, back then there wasn’t yet such a fuss about an "energy consultant shortage".

The decision has been made, the contract has been awarded to this energy consultant. We had two others in the house as well, but were not particularly impressed by either.
