@f-pNo: You can pack the Excel file into a ZIP file and then attach it

Well, I gave it a try - the first time I have used 7Zip. I hope it can be opened too.

@f-pNO: Attempt successful. Can extract the ZIP file and work with the Excel file. Nice!

I usually like to recalculate with Excel as well, but that was clearly too many components for me and the numbers too confusing. Besides, I suspect that the Riester loan is not an annuity loan, so further information would be missing for the calculation.

That’s why I only calculated Offer 2 from the financial advisor. :) As I said – I don’t know enough about Wohn-Riester.

There were several components, but only the necessary information. Since all the data was written consecutively, it looked very confusing. :(
I calculated it because I had this suspicion. Such things don’t let me rest – I get annoyed by advisors like that. Although here I rather think that some component is missing or changes after the interest rate lock-in period ends.
Well – and in the evening, while watching "The Voice of Germany," I didn’t really have anything better to do (you can just let the music wash over you). That will probably change when our construction really gets underway next year.

I would finance the €76,000 with a repayment deferral loan, because then the full interest amount is always depreciable. I would leave out KFW 124 and finance the rest fixed for 15 years under 3%, then maybe also a building savings contract on the remaining amount for interest rate security and that's it. I would use Riester for retirement. aa
