Is my planned carport still exempt from approval?

Hello,

after 30 years, I would finally like to build a carport.

Now I would like to build it without a permit, but I think it is too large for that since it should fit 2 cars underneath.

In the old development plan from 30 years ago, a simple carport was already drawn in but was never built.
I now want to build my double carport similarly, only that instead of 3.60m, it will be 6.00m wide.
And because of the roof overhang, it can only be about 4.75m deep or I have to bring it 25cm closer to the street.
But I would take the risk and accept that..

Now to my questions:

I have to build the carport about 25cm from the neighbor's property line on one side, there is our wall in between and I do not want to place the carport on it.

- 1. So, now the carport is then 5.00m deep on the property boundary
- 2. Opposite it is logically also 5.00m deep (does this side also count as a boundary since it is in the middle of my property?)
- 3. It is 6.00m wide towards the street
- 4. and at the bottom, the carport is logically also 6.00m wide (does this count as a boundary?)

According to Google, to be permit-free in Lower Saxony, the built-up property boundary may be at most 9.00m deep and all other boundaries together 15m.

So, if 2+3 count as boundaries, that would already be 6.00m+5.00m+6.00m = 17m for all other boundaries.

Now my question: are all 4 sides of the carport boundaries (then it would be 17m for the point all other boundaries)?
Or how should this be seen?

I would be very happy to get an answer.
Thank you

Can you draw your planned carport in a way that makes it recognizable?

Boundary development! This has less to do with the sides of the building or facility, but rather what is on or within the boundary section (3 meters).

Irony: Your house also has four borders of over 30m. Please demolish immediately.

Otherwise, has already written something: Property boundary is the magic word.

So I have 2 property boundaries that are affected: street and the one to the right neighbor. Thus, street 6m wide and neighbor 5m deep.
Street counts as all other boundaries. Thus, the carport should actually be exempt from approval with 30m².

You are not building on the boundary, but keeping a distance of 6 meters.
(I actually had to look for the street first after I oriented myself according to the top of the plan, where an access to the property is marked)

?

The blue is supposed to be the carport. To the neighbor on the right, 5m deep up to the house.
At the front by the street (3m distance to the street boundary) the carport will be 6m wide.
So it is 11.20m from the carport to the left property boundary.
