Mold and any fungus basically need moisture... Even if a few beams or boards have a slight trace of mold, that will surely disappear later. Because the moisture will eventually be gone... So my opinion. But we also had no mold, despite 20cm of snow in the house on moving day.

Are you so naive to believe that only happens with wood?

So honestly, that is definitely not normal. Not even specifically with timber frame construction. Our timber frame house has never had a single mold infestation, neither before nor after the screed. By the way, ventilating twice a day after the screed during the heating phase is clearly too little. 4-5 times 15 minutes of cross-ventilation... otherwise you certainly won't get the moisture out.

Yes, mold needs moisture and nutrients to survive, but it doesn't just appear overnight, so either there was already mold at the factory beforehand or you have had unnoticed high humidity in the house for a longer time.

As part of the research on prefabricated houses, I had read several articles on the topic of construction in rain. If you google it, the first result is a very illustrative presentation by a building expert on the subject. Illustrative in the sense of many pictures that make you feel uneasy. How to classify this information from a professional perspective, I do not know. But if you are unsure, have a building surveyor/building biologist take a look. Considering the total investment, the cost of the expert is peanuts.

Tell me, what do you want from me now? I already said that I have no idea about your cardboard houses. My brick doesn't mold. So hold back, or have a reasonable conversation!
