But only KFW 100 is required. Kfw 70 is wonderful for that. ;-)

Thanks for the many answers. So, nothing is required at first. The developer, who is shortlisted with us, simply builds to KfW100 standard as standard. Here I just wondered whether it is worth building to KfW70 standard. Meanwhile, we have now decided to probably install a gas condensing boiler, along with solar thermal for domestic hot water preparation. We also want to use a controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery, as in my opinion it provides more comfort.

However, KfW 100 is definitely required - otherwise there will be no building permit. ;-)

As I have already written here and elsewhere: KfW 70 is usually achievable with relatively little effort, especially if you are already considering a controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery. So I would ask what the KfW 70 upgrade is supposed to cost.

... and the two quarrelers can now continue arguing outside this forum if they want. This bickering does me no good - or am I the only one?

Best regards

It's the same for me, unfortunately it runs through all the posts. As soon as €uro starts, things get heated,... :(

Hello, by required, I meant that it is not required from us ;)
Of course, we will inquire about the price range for reaching KfW 70.
