Weird, right? I miss him too. In the other forum, he was really losing it and probably deserves a week off :p

Very general but absolutely correct!
The extra cost for controlled residential ventilation is based on what?
From when does what pay off?
;)

Good evening,

What do you mean?

Controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery

That cannot be answered in general; every construction project has to be viewed individually, as it depends on many factors—not least the budget and a green conscience. Very roughly speaking, it can only be stated that if you build to KfW 70 standard, you achieve the best price/performance ratio in terms of expenditure and energy savings.

Rhenish regards

I told you!
Roughly speaking!
And what comes out if I build better than Eff 70.?
Are all such BHs stupid and have too much money or think too green?
My general advice:
Always build "a little better" than required! Sustainable, of course!!
Technology (e.g. heat generator) is usually replaceable and is constantly being developed and improved.
Everything in between is a gray area and the imagination of each individual.
Oh, God, now it’s getting even ethical ;)

Good evening,

Many of them have simply been badly advised. "Stupid" is therefore the wrong adjective ;)

Rhineland greetings
