Not easy, but it could work. However, more information is needed. Just regarding the house itself, there are solid providers offering a house for 100 k€. A bit of incidental costs for outdoor facilities, connection box, painting the rest, kitchen, that's it.

No, the smallest amount starts at about EUR 170,000 if you want to install a reasonable standard. In addition, there are the personal contributions for painting and flooring work as well as not insignificant incidental construction costs of around EUR 30,000 .... and more, if you're unlucky and the ground of your property is "difficult".

However, you have considerable equity - land and cash - so it should not be a problem to finance the missing funds for house construction in a reliable manner.

How big is the plot, is it building land, and how much is it worth?! Small houses are always more expensive per sqm because certain basic costs are rather independent of the size of the building or at least have a proportionally greater impact (utility connections, technology, etc.) Have you ever thought about selling the plot and buying a condominium?!

Thank you very much for the information! The property is 600 sqm and already partially developed. There was already a house there. Only gas is missing, as the previous house was heated with electricity and later natural gas is to be used. Consequently, all access roads are already there.
