Is it really possible to build for 150 thousand euros?

The team already has some tricks up their sleeve, but here in the north they are really the biggest and build the most houses. If they were really doing anything strange, you would read about it somewhere. There is a dedicated forum for the construction companies, where you can find everything that interests you about the companies.

You can only do that out of ignorance and prejudice - and you are making a mistake.

We actually had the best consultation at Team-Massivhaus, where (imo) basically everything that could come up was discussed. I don't believe there was a specific building toilet, but plenty of reserves were planned in other positions.
It certainly depends on the consultant, but that's like almost everywhere.

But not in the first or second info meeting, like the OP had. You have to have warmed the buyer's seat a bit longer to get real numbers.

I only had one conversation there...

I am getting back to the topic of affordable building. I have now thoroughly recalculated Heinz von Heiden and TMH, and even in the most basic variant, the smallest bungalow costs over 150 thousand €. But not by much. However, that does not yet include any buffer, kitchen, or garden landscaping. Although there is underfloor heating! I now also believe that 150 thousand for everything up to the point of moving in cannot be enough. There is simply a shortfall of 200 thousand. At least.
