But not if you are really good at dirtying paws, cleaning cod, peeling new potatoes, doing wet grinding on bronze propellers, etc. Such a drain in the utility room is basically the controlled residential ventilation of the rural population.
It was a beautiful day. Sun, little wind, a bit cold, but earlier two rounds in the sauna, nice chat in the sweat bath, fed tortellini with white sauce, and now finished the last marzipan. Karsten

Now dative is already the accusative’s death :D

Seriously: With such subjective decisions, you really can’t talk about "smart" savings. What one calls "cleverly saved" is a functional or aesthetic no-go for another. Reducing costs while maintaining the same performance comes from comparing prices, price negotiations, and utilizing synergies. In my opinion, this is always underestimated in house construction. Having the excavation work for the garden done directly by the shell builder is a good example. We coordinated some of the exterior work with the neighbors, and each saved about a thousand on the retaining wall blocks, at least around 30%.

Statements are always subjective. No matter who says what here, it is always his or her truth, never the truth. Especially savings suggestions are extremely subjective, even the story about the [Tiefbauer]. There may be construction companies that charge a premium for every extra because they hardly earn anything on the standard. Others do such things at a fair price, then it’s probably worth it. I think we don’t have to write addressed to the general public, but be helpful to the topic starter. He wants to be economical after all. He should choose for himself whether he finds the pool important or not. And such a small grammar mistake, you know, people just overlook it, because everyone makes mistakes. The dative and the accusative will survive, the genitive is the endangered species. Karsten

The big shot feels obliged to negatively comment on my comments because I did not share, among others, his attitude towards the timing of sperm donation vs house construction ;)

Nope, I think it's fair to point that out, not just with you. Recently we had a tenured teacher here who hadn’t read the instructions for the genitive case.

Whoever looks for spelling and grammar mistakes in forums or other spontaneous writings on the web no longer needs to search for the meaning of life [emoji23] :D
