Is it possible to install parquet flooring by gluing it yourself? Or is it better to have a professional do it?

That's exactly what it is. Nowadays, you can do a lot yourself with DIY videos. I glued down my parquet flooring myself and had no problems. The seller of the flooring lent me the tools for free.

That's it! Just throw it into Google and use the image search. Those are the metal trapezoids with wooden handles on a sheet metal edge for 3.50. They come in all sorts of tooth sizes depending on the application.

"isst"... I must have overlooked an "s". It sounded as if that was the glue :-/

Yes, the expert had scheduled 3 days if he does it ... wouldn't that be a bit too much for 85 sqm if I have it done???

I will soon glue down 120m² of finished oak parquet myself. My local parquet dealer had no concerns about this, provided me with the tools, and gave me advice on what to watch out for. Together with DIY instructions on the internet, this does not seem like an unsolvable task to me.

It's not either... You can definitely do it yourself very well. Provided you don't have two left hands...
