Hello everyone,
I purchased a new-build condominium from the developer and financed it with KfW Program 153 (Energy-Efficient Building).
The energy consultant pointed out when issuing the confirmation for the application that he also applied directly for the subsidy for construction supervision under Program 431 (50%, max. 4,000 EUR). Shortly thereafter, I already received the subsidy confirmation.
I will move into the apartment next week, then the blower door test will be carried out and the confirmation created after completion.
Now I am wondering whether and which costs are even eligible for funding under Program 431, or whether it should have been applied for at all. After reading the program guidelines, it seems to me that the program is aimed at builders who constantly need the energy consultant (structural engineering, selection of trades, etc.). As a buyer, as far as I understand, only the blower door test concerns me. The other costs should have already been incurred by the developer, right?
Maybe someone can shed some light on this.
Thank you in advance,
Best regards, Andreas
