Is it no longer possible to adjust Gaulhofer wooden doors?

Hello,

I have some glazed terrace doors (mullioned glazing, Gaulhofer, about 30 years old) here that can no longer be adjusted. The door is too deep, blocking at the bottom at the fitting, but the Allen key can no longer be turned further.

I am at a loss, can anyone help?

I am also at a loss. Could this possibly be better described with pictures?

Without more information, I would take the door off its hinges and plane down the bottom a bit.
