Is financing for house purchase / house construction feasible?

And isn't the price for that (compared to the total volume) ridiculously low anyway? ING does publish the terms - twice free, then 100 euros. Whether the increase makes sense retrospectively or whether you represent it disciplined by a special repayment is probably a matter of taste.

I'm not a fan of that. I'd rather go high with the repayment. You get used to it. It's like if you repay low and want to make special repayments but can't.

My boyfriend and I are both 24 and we are building now too. Fortunately, not everyone is the same :) To the OP: Don’t let anyone talk you out of it, if it works for you everything is great! Not everyone changes partners 10 times before settling down...

But that can happen even after 30 years of marriage. For me, that's not an argument, because unfortunately you always have that risk in life.

If you were 35 now and had built at 24, your statement would be impressive. But as it is, it’s like a blind person talking about colors. Anyway, like I said, everyone should do it as they like, including full positive or negative experiences. Everything is possible.
