Because a condominium is cheaper? I see it as something everyone has to decide for themselves. But unfortunately, the state deliberately wants to put people in a position where they cannot afford to own a home.

Maybe that too, but to a lesser extent. No, because MFHs and dense settlements in general make the state's infrastructural tasks cheaper in terms of economies of scale. Up to a certain limit, because too many people in one place cause other problems again, but I am not deeply versed in the matter. EFHs are quite inefficient in terms of land consumption and the resources needed to connect them to infrastructure. It may be that row house settlements or, in modern terms, townhouse communities are still okay in this regard, but everything is bad compared to a multi-family house with, say, 4-5 floors and two to three units per floor.

Exactly. That’s why Habeck started the war in Ukraine and Annalena was allegedly seen in Wuhan at the end of 2019 with "Biohazard" bags...

I hope you’re wearing your tin foil hat... they can read your thoughts...

So if we start there... how efficient is it to spend your evenings in an internet forum or streaming movies? The internet consumes more and more electricity. You could also be working during that time...

Vacationing in foreign countries is not exactly efficient either. The Baltic Sea is enough, right?

So in the sense of bread and circuses, the internet is a super efficient occupational therapy. People who hang out at home on the couch as smombies do not take to the streets. Vacation is true, it would be economically more sensible to keep the masses in the country so that they continue to spend their money here.

Economically, the Chinese method would make the most sense. There, the workers are housed on the company premises and work 6-7 days a week. The "apartment" costs 1/3 of the wage, food supply another third, which the employer deducts immediately...

Brave new world...
