Hello everyone,
we might want to buy a house and have a question about the discoloration on the house.
The discoloration appears on every floor along the intermediate ceilings around the house and on the roller shutter boxes. The floor slabs are made of concrete, and I suspect that the concrete stays particularly cold for a long time compared to the rest of the masonry and that condensation forms exactly at these spots, causing organic deposits to accumulate over the years. Or do you think it is something "bigger"?
The house was built in 1995 and has no additional external insulation. Additionally, the previous owners apparently rarely ventilated and heated irregularly.
Would appreciate your helpful opinions.
Best regards, Scharlie
