Is connection to the neighbor's supply line possible?

I am planning the construction of my house. On the network operator's plan, the power line along the street is marked in purple and labeled with 150 (probably amperes). From this, a green line with 35A (over a public path) branches off to a private house. The distance from my property to this green cable would, of course, be significantly shorter than to the street. Is it technically possible to connect another house to this line? The path is public, so the line is probably not "private," but can it be used technically?

Assume a clear "NO". The 35er line is intended for a single-family house, not for two houses.

The figures are probably the cross-section. Technically speaking, this would therefore not be an issue. 35² can carry 159A in soil, still just under 130A in air. That is enough, with today's usual 40A for a single-family house, for 3 houses...

The utility company will still not do it. One house = one house connection. Even semi-detached houses get 2 separate supply lines.

You had to clarify that with your network provider, didn't you?

We also enforced that because the path to the transformer station was much easier than using the designated connection point.

But that has to be discussed with the provider and the construction department. The statements here are not really relevant. If the provider says no, then that's how it is.

We also had a shared line with the neighbor with the old house. This had to be changed for the new house, we were connected individually to the line at the street. The supplier said that this is how it should be today. But for that, we didn’t have to pay the price for a new connection, only a modification. And they shot the cable through our property, there was no need for digging.

Connecting directly to the transformer is different from tapping into an existing 35² house connection.
