Is connection to the neighbor's supply line possible?

It is about arranging it with the network operator.
The empty ducts from the house went up to 2m before the transformer station or supply line. Telephone, fiber optic, and water were also prepared there.

For the prepared house connection, one would have had to dig once around the house.

And that was neither sensible for us nor for the civil engineering company.

No. It is also about what is allowed after the [TAB] and what is not. And there it is something completely different whether you connect at the transformer, where main cables are located (in this example with 150²), or whether you branch off a 35² house connection to another house.

That is the network operator’s matter; if they don’t do it, they don’t do it. I assume it is not about a private line.
