At -25 degrees, the coefficient of performance, if the device still works (!?), should be between 1.5 and 2.0 and the heat output of this heat pump should be around 2.0 to 2.5 kW. So it will have to be heavily supplemented with an electric heating element, because the heating demand will probably be considerably above the heating load calculation (which is based on standard outdoor temperature, which may be -16 or -18 degrees). Unfortunately, I have not found the information, does this heat pump have a built-in or retrofit electric heating element?
