We relocated the bathrooms to a different location in our (BJ 1936). As a result, for example, a large room was divided with drywall and a bathtub will be placed in a corner. The structural engineer wanted a small steel beam under the drywall wall on the floor below.
Otherwise, there were no objections.
PS: Currently in the old building we also have 3lfm PAX, a 2*2m solid wood bed, a 140*70cm wooden crib, a solid wood dresser measuring 1.4m, and the guest sofa in the bedroom :) The ceiling makes no noise...
