Is a semi-detached house possible in prefabricated construction or not?

my husband and I are considering building. However, it has to be as cheap as possible, since we do not have much money. In addition, the land prices in our area are horrendous, so the land alone will cost about as much as the house on it. Therefore, we are considering building a semi-detached house. Is it possible to erect the semi-detached house as a prefabricated building? So is that even possible? Or are semi-detached houses always solid construction? Are there problems if our semi-detached house partner builds in solid construction? Can anyone recommend corresponding prefabricated house providers? We were at the model house center over the weekend and had offers made for single-family houses in prefabricated construction. There we looked more closely at Massa Haus and Fingerhaus. Unfortunately, Fingerhaus is too expensive. Surely it can be done cheaper, right?

If Massa house is too expensive, forget it. Building under 300,000 is hardly possible today if the land prices are high. I only calculate 230-250,000 for the house.

Of course it can be cheaper: plot size just big enough to fit everything and maintain distances, even smaller house on it. A living closet with a cesspit and water from the well.

Seriously: which size do you consider too expensive at what price and how much cheaper does it need to be?

And by the way, there are also prefab houses built solidly.
What you probably mean is the comparison: timber frame construction versus solid.
Although with good quality, there is almost no price difference between the two.

In our new housing development, one semi-detached house is a prefabricated house and the other semi-detached house is solidly built. Everything works. You can send me a private message for the provider, but they are not cheaper than solidly built!
